Compensation:  Rs 20k - 30k per month (based on skill level)

Expected Time Commitment:  Minimum 40 hours per week

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (Cold calling, LinkedIn, Email).

  • Lead discovery calls to assess AI maturity and pitch tailored training.

  • Manage adaptive sales cycles (Startup ROI vs. Enterprise compliance).

  • Drive post-training account expansion into staff augmentation and custom AI builds.

  • Identify high-performing talent within cohorts for internal project pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Technical Fluency: Ability to articulate concepts like Fine-tuning, RAG, Context Windows, LangChain, and Vector Databases (no coding required).

  • Strategic Mindset: Mastery of the "Wedge" strategy (selling training to land larger contracts).

  • Buyer Empathy: Ability to communicate value to both technical (CTOs) and non-technical (HR/L&D) stakeholders.

  • Proven Sales Background: Experience in consultative B2B sales and multi-stakeholder procurement.
