Entrepreneurship & BTEC Program Lead
We are seeking an Entrepreneurship & BTEC Program Lead to plan and deliver BTEC programmes while developing students’ practical business skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Key Requirements

MBA or a qualification in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of business, management, and entrepreneurship.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English.

Strong mentoring, coaching, assignment guidance, and learner-support skills.

Commitment to delivering high-quality, practical, and career-focused learning experiences.

Exposure to business incubation, startup development, or entrepreneurship programmes will be an advantage.

Fresh MBA graduates with a CGPA of 3.8 or above are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead BTEC Level 3 and HND programmes from planning through delivery.

Deliver engaging and practical sessions using activities, storytelling, case studies, and real-world examples.

Develop students’ entrepreneurial mindset and business skills.

Monitor student progress, assignments, and academic performance.

Provide effective assignment guidance, mentoring, and learner support.

Contribute to the institute’s business incubation and entrepreneurship initiatives.

Collaborate with the academic team to maintain high educational standards and programme quality.
