Criteria for Submission

  • Video Duration: 60 seconds max.

  • Content must be extracted from ANY one of the webinars posted on  ETL's Youtube.

  • Content does not necessarily have to be copied, key extracted points can be presented in your own way. Use your creativity.

  • Short / Reel should highlight at least 3 of the most important points of the actual webinar.

  • Short/Reel must include ETL branding Logo

  • Ensure all content, including music and images, is properly credited with links to the creators.

  • Short / Reel should mention the link to the actual webinar at the end.

  • Only currently enrolled university students can participate.

Q: Do we need to upload the video directly?

A: No, provide a shareable URL or upload to YouTube, Instagram or Google Drive and send us the link in Gmail.

Q: Will all participants receive recognition?

An: Yes, all participants will get a Certificate of Participation.

Q: What will be the criteria for Judgement?

A: The following criteria will be followed for judgement:           

  • Content relevance (30%)

  • Creativity (25%)

  • Editing quality (20%)

  • Adherence to submission criteria (25%)
