This program is built on mutual respect, professionalism, and a shared commitment to growth. By joining, all participants agree to uphold the following principles:

 For Mentors:

  1. Commit to Consistency:
Dedicate time as agreed (e.g., monthly sessions) and communicate proactively if schedules change.

  2. Create a Safe Space:
Foster a respectful, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment for open dialogue.

  3. Respect Confidentiality:
Keep all personal and academic information shared by the mentee private unless explicit consent is given.

  4. Stay Professional and Positive:
Maintain a professional tone, offer constructive feedback, and serve as a role model.

        Guide, Don’t Direct:
Provide support and insight, not commands. Encourage mentees to think critically and make informed decisions.

 For Mentees:

  1. Be Respectful of Time:
Attend meetings on time, stay engaged, and notify your mentor in advance if rescheduling is needed.

  2. Stay Open and Curious:
Ask questions, seek feedback, and be receptive to guidance and new perspectives.

  3. Take the initiative:
Set goals, come prepared to meetings, and take ownership of your career development journey.

  4. Maintain Confidentiality:
Do not share private conversations or materials from your mentor without permission.

Keep It Professional:
Maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times.
