Google Workspace users often switch between applications such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive to complete workflows, requiring repetitive copy-pasting and manual coordination. This fragmented process consumes time and makes multi-step tasks inefficient, particularly when information must move between multiple applications. Existing workflows lack a unified intelligent layer capable of coordinating and completing these tasks across Google services. There is a need for a secure, context-aware solution that can understand user requests and automate cross-application workflows. GHOST addresses this gap through AI agents that coordinate tasks across Google Workspace applications from a single interface.
