Based in Düsseldorf, Germany, he currently serves as the Lead Software Architect at ZF Group—one of the world’s premier automotive suppliers—where he orchestrates the design and development of AUTOSAR-compliant software architectures for next-generation vehicle steering systems. Operating at the core of the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) SWE-2 workflow, Dr. Aziz specializes in sensing, localization, and cognitive control algorithms for automated driving vehicles, alongside pioneering automated tools for developer productivity and human-error mitigation. His formidable international profile includes serving as a Senior Consultant for smart card operating systems at achelos GmbH, a Research Assistant Professor at Universität Paderborn engineering autonomous rescue robots, and an Assistant Professor at the International Islamic University Islamabad.
